A Great Album in the Style of the TD 80ies! The piece "Love from a distance" could have fit and appeared on the TDs album "Underwater sunlight" from 1986! Tilo Voigthaus

Electron Birth comes on like an atomic dose of DMT. Roach opens with fast contrapuntal arpeggiations to start the journey. The timing and timbres tell the listener this will be a journey into deep space. Roach is a sonic shaman par excellence and EB is what I'd describe as an advanced Roach recording, playing in the same exalted realms such as Empetus, Magnificent Void and Arc of Passion. This is a lovely, warm piece that neither wilts nor wallows in technique at the expense of the music.
Great example of extended electronica. Chapeau sir. Chapeau. Nick Lees
